Connection
changes
everything
When we feel disconnected from ourselves, our partners, our children or our world life becomes harder than it needs to be.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where individuals and couples can explore their experiences, understand emotional patterns and build stronger, more meaningful connections.Together we can create greater awareness, emotional wellbeing and healthier relationships.

My Approach
The most powerful ingredient for healing is to be truly heard, understood, and validated in a safe, non-judgmental space. This is the foundation of my approach and what you can expect from our work together. Each of us is a complex individual with unique perspectives and experiences. Your emotions are the primary organiser of your inner experience and the way you relate to yourself as well as others. I am here to guide you to make sense of your emotional world, so that you can regulate your emotions and move into a felt sense of trust with yourself and others. Then upon this foundation of trust, expand your experience of being alive to include wholeness, balance and joy.

will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
